I love a dinner party. I don’t think there is any better way to show your friends and family how much you love them than serving them delicious food. I also know that for many people hosting is intimidating. And I totally get it, all the menu prep, the cooking, the cleaning and the multitasking of finishing the dishes with guests over. Calling all inspired decorators! I need your help! I have the perfect spot to call my office. A space where I can dream, plan, write, edit, research, read, and generally feel productive. A space where there are no demanding children demanding my attention. No dishes to wash, no laundry to do, no dogs to take care of (at least not my own,) no household chores begging to be done. Basically it has none of the distractions that derail my creative productivity at home. The only problem is…to be creative I kinda need to feel creative and this office space hasn’t been helping with that. In fact it’s sorta of hindered it to be honest. There’s so much that’s truly wonderful about it. The views, the beauty of the dark wood walls, the lovely purple hued plaid furniture, my great big elegant desk.
