I’m always looking for new projects to embark on (despite the fact I’m rarely done with the project at hand!) and thought I’d share my favorite finds with you all. As soon as the weather finally turned towards the lovely summer temps I’ve been pining for, I put down my bulky yarn, giant needles and cozy blanket patterns so I could start looking for a lighter project that better suited the warmer weather. Garter Gaiter

In an earlier post I talked about the beautiful color dipped cowl I did as a potential Christmas gift for my 14 year old niece. The cowl ended up being way too big for her, so I had to come up with another gift that would be perfect. I ended up making her this gorgeous and extremely easy Garter Gaiter from… yup Purl Soho.
